Consensus...
What are the advantages/disadvantages of arriving to “consensus” when you are trying to make a decision that involves many people?
CONSENSUS: WHEN EVERYONE IN THE GROUP (MAJORITY) AGREE ON AN IDEA OR A DECISION THAT HAS TO BE MADE.
