First Day of School PT 1
Imagine your first day of school...
1. Describe how you feel, how others treat you, what traditions/procedures that you always do before the first day of school.

The first day of school I feel shy and scared. Not knowing what I'm getting myself into can be very scary thing. Leaving all of my friends behind and trying to make new ones can be a little frightening. Sometimes other's can treat you very nicely and others can get on your nerves and make you wish you was some where else. Now going back, before the first day of school you have to do a lot of things in order to get ready for the school day. You need to get school utensils and but cloths for the new year. Now I know that today it;s easy for us but back I would think that most people treaded going to school. Their would be different types of emotions. I would be excited, nervous and scared all at the same time. You wanna make friends that will last you through the year. That's how I would feel the first day of school and the day before.
On the first day of school i would feel nerves then again excited because its a new year of school.The Procedures i would have is all my stuff ready before the first day of school starts.Have my clothes ready and materials i need for school.The reason why i would feel excited because you can get to know people and teachers and have a new experience.You also start brand new which is something that gets you excited then again Nerves.
On the first day of school I'm always quite and not really talkative, others don't really talk to me if they don't know me so i can't really say that they treat me any kind of way, and I don't really take no procedures on the first day of a new school I just go to school, to my work, and try to make new friends if i don't know anybody already.
Right now 5 fell good, Others treat me same as other people I guess. The first day of school I get nerves only if It's my first day at the school, but like this year and last year I wasn't nerves because I knew a lot of people already. But the first time I came to this school for 6th grade I was nerves because I didn't know any one. But then my first days of schools seem always good to me.
Well my first day at this school I was really happy to be back. I missed how things were. I missed how we didn't have to do home work every day in every subject. You can feel more free at this school. I was kind of not really sad but something like it. I felt like that because I know that I only have this year left in this school. I wanted to make the most of it. People had treated me the same. I gotta lot of welcome backs that week. It kind of nice.
On my first day of school I feel good , happy. others treat me good make a lot of new friends maybe see old ones . I don't have any traditions. The only thing I have is just walking and have a good time.
Well i will feel awkward. Students may begin saying I'm Dominican. Someone will say why she wheres so many skirts. I feel like I'm different not the same unique like people will like to know more about me.
Before I start a new school or it is my first day of school I make sure i have every thing I need for school like my books and pencils thing like that. First of school for me is the hardest day of school for me. I am in a new class have to make new friends and I have to get to know people . Making new friend is not the a easy for me to do.
I feel like im ready for this year.Others treat me like a regular person they introduce they self and its like a regular day its just that i feel shy and like a need to set a good impression on everyone.I try to dress my best.
In the first day of school i was just fine. Many students treated me well but i was mostly just a quiet little girl. Some traditions i do before my school are confusion. I always think to myself what do i do when i get there and what if i get lost. Luckly i didn't get or nothing. I was mostly shy . I never new what was going to happen so i was to my self and very aware. Untill i meet people i was more open. This was my first day of school. PS: And i was short so i was even more aware
The first day of school for me is exciting and kind of nervous because there's always new people,more work,and more drama.People always treat me with respect but then again you have to show respect to get it.Before the first day of school I usually iron my clothes,get out my socks,sneakers,and ect.Then I'm ready for school.
My first day of school was the most scary day of my life so I was entering the 2 grade in Fall Rive and I was really scare because I was thinking how people are going to treat me or feel about me. The things that I always my first of school is look nice and take out my cloth and I am alway nerves because you never know what kind of people you are going to meet like you could meet people from different country and religion and that very good because you learn more and you see new thing I didn't new and that very important because you make more good friends.
The first day of school, I feel nervous, I want to get to know people but a tightness is received in my throat as if the words cannot come out. I feel like everyone is staring at me and people are saying things about me that may hurt my feelings. I always hate the first day of school. You have to learn new personalities and learn how to deal with certain situations with these different personalities. Usually, before the first few weeks or day's of school, I go shopping for school supplies. I get the necessities for school.
Before my first day I always get out what I'm going to wear after I go shopping for some cloths. I also get my hair did for the first day of school. On my first day of school put treat me like me some people just look at you wrong when you enter Middle School. People try to get to know you better than just judging me be my cover and what I look like on the outside.
My first day of school well it depends if I was starting in a segregated school I would feel like man there is going to be a lot of fun and haterz at the same time no but really i want to be in a school from way back during blacks only and whites only time so here it goes.
If I was starting a segregated school in the south my first thought would be here goes the day I've been waiting for then after being in class for an hour and getting ready to go to the next class I'm with a couple of my old class mates i would get out a text book and it would be from another one of the white schools who sent there books over that they didnt need and then I would feel very upset so here is what i would say:
~Geralda: why do we always have to get the left overs
~FRIEND: because were black
~GERALDA: WELL THAT'S NOT FAIR WE SHOULD BE TREATED EQUALLY NOT DIFFERENT JUST BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF OUR SKIN.
~FRIEND: well then why don't you just go and tell that to the whites that, no better yet WHY DON'T YOU JUST GO SIT IN THERE CLASS ROOMS.
~Geralda: maybe I will So then i go to the whites class and sit to be contuine ..... Ms.Geralda 8f

The things I do is go shopping for all school supplies needed and the clothes. So if its a school with uniform like this one i gotta get ready. Every time is the first day of school a chill goes through my body. I get scared and afraid of what can happen or what will happen. I'm afraid that they might judge me because I'm Latina. I remember entering the building the first day of elementary school, everyone just stared at me and started speaking English I felt left out. I did not know what they were saying I felt so lonely and sad. That feeling is one that we never want to feel ever in our lives.
Well on my first day of school I felt happy that i was going to meet new people.The way people treated me was like I didn't belong in the place. I also didn't.......
i wold feel very nerves and scared because i would see new faces and if its people that i know i would feel regular .before i go to school i buy gum y? u may wonder because u never know when ur breath is stinky and i buy a 50cent juice and then i got to school . this is what i think if u have any question ask.
