Should the President of the United States be able to change the constitution to suit what he believes is right and wrong? Explain.

No the President of the united states should not be able to change the constitution that mean the people of the US doesn't have any say on how they want to live at all.i Thought the president ob was to make shore the people of there country is happy safe and enjoying being in that state.
