"You don't know what you got till it's gone"
What do you think about the water supply crisis in Atlanta, GA? Explain...

i think that this is wrong but it happens at times. I was shocked when they had said that there might be a certain time when you are to take a shower or do things that has to do with water. The only reason i think they are using so much water is because of the heat.
I think that is sad because water is a very important resource you need it for a lot of things. If the water keeps going low and low day by day then they will end up with no water and that is very bad. They probably wasted so much water in the past without knowing this was gonna happen in the future. It's true they didn't know they needed water that much til' now that is about to be gone.
i think that it is very bad that they are losing alot of water every week and the only way to get water back is by raining and in atl but atl it never rains and they might have to shut down the stores that use alot of money and the firefighters need water to shut out fires people got to stress over people using water when they are supposed to thats not good getting complaints about when you can drink water and water your lawn and take a shower thats crazy
I think they had so many water they over used it, and now that there in danger of losing it they want to take action. So i think that the song does relate to it, they really didn't know what they had. If you look at where the line used to be and then see how it is now, you can see there in trouble. They said that every week the lake is drying up one foot every day.
I think that the weather is going out of control.Atlanta looks like its going to dry out soon.The other cause i think is happening is because of the temparture of the sun is going out of control as well.The crisis is big because they are planning to vut the time to take a shower and do different things that involve water.
I think that it's said because if they do run out of water what will they do? I think the reason why there losing water is because it's so hot down there that they have to lose a lot of water.
I think that they need to start wary about the water supply because if the water wrong out what water people are going to take a bate or other things the need water.The other thing is that it do not have to do anything about using so many water what I THINK IS THE PROBLEM IS THAT THEY ARE GIVING WATER TO OTHER COUNTRY THAT WHAT I THINK IS THE PROBLEM
I think this is a very bad thing. I don't believe that the water is going down so fast. One of the lake's water is 16 feet lower than it should be. They are expected to run our of water in 3 month. I think we should take this into consideration. I think we should cut back a little on water and spare some to Atlanta. I used to think all the water we use could be recycled and refreshed all over so we'd never run out but i guess i was very wrong. I thin this is very bad. WE NEED TO HELP, what if it were you?
I think it;s outrageously terrible, they say that there hasn't been rain for 18 months now; they haven't had a hurricane in 2006 it didn't seem to hit them so now that south Florida and all Georgia so there isn't enough.
I think it is right that they are losing so much water. I agree what Kimberly that it may be the heat that is causing all the water to go fast. It almost be they are running to much water when they really don't need it.
I think that this article is deadly serous. If these people don't get water they could die. Then most likely the people in Atlanta, GA will move up here. Then that could effect the everybody. I don't know what's going to happen in the future. All i know is they have to do something quick.

I think well I truly don't know what to think. I mean it is kind of well just nuts. I have never heard of running out of water. The water is lowering in the oceans and the lakes. There is no using water outside water. The government might have to go as far as cutting down how long home owners use their showers, dishwashers, and washing machines. The situation is so horrible ATL may lose all their water within of a year. I fell sorry and if you need to take a shower come out to Boston and stay at a hostel and I'll pay I know that it is a rough time you will get through. Buy gallons of water it will help make sure to only use only in case of a serious cases!!!!
THEY REALLY NEED YOUR HELP && THEY NEED IT A LOT,,CAUSE WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH OUT WATER.ITS REALLY SAD THAT THEY ONLY HAVE 3 MONTHS LEFT OF WATER AND THEY CAN ONLY TAKE AMOUNT OF TIME IN THE SHOWER OR ANYTHING THAT IS DOING WITH WATER.&& OF COURSE THEY WILL LOST THEY WATER YOU KNOW HOW HOT IT IS DOWN THERE.
I think that the situation going on in Georiga is very sad because there running out of water and I know it's going to be hard on the people there that have family's like babies and little kids to feed and if they run out of water what are they gonna do? i think we should give them some of our water i mean we can always get water because we recycle so i know we have water
