Definition: A piece of music that is telling us something. Noun.
There is no computer definition.
I think message music is music that is trying to tell us something. I have heard subliminal messages in music before. The songs are called backmasking. The church clerics can get the artist of the song fined and sentenced to death or jail because they believe that the music is satanic. For example, there is one called 'Stairways to heaven' By Led Zepplin. If you play it backwards, it makes a satanic message. He was not fined.
I believe that message music is a way to express message through through. Its a way to kind of protest but you are doing it more peacefully so people woulds rather listen to it.

music is a vocal or instrumental sound made from people. there are many types of music. rock, pop, reagga, or r&b. music can tell us many thing's such as understanding what the musition is talking about. or ethior feeling sad,happy,or mad.
The difference between protest music and message music is that with protest music you are focusing in a specific problem like the Jena six problem. Through the song he voiced his opinion about the situation. By adding a little zing to the song his video was very graphic the images were kind of too surreal for me the images sort of scared me and one of my group member.
